E. Moore
Chief Compliance Officer
Charles Moore is the Chief Compliance Officer
for Barnett & Company. He graduated from
The McCallie School in Chattanooga and received
his Bachelor of Science and Master of Business
Administration degrees from the University of
Tennessee at Knoxville. Prior to joining Barnett
& Company in 2002, Mr. Moore worked for
more than 25 years in Washington. Following
17 years of administrative service at the U.
S. House of Representatives, he formed Management
Associates, a company which provided management
services to independent consultants in the Washington
area.
